Input problem with teh BEEF

Post by White »

when i join a server on beef, it comes up the spawn selection point then all of my inputs decide to stop working in-game (mouse, keyboard, mic). Then i have to ctrl+alt+delete to close beef down then run it again. its only just started to happen but its buggin me off big time. i cant get into one single server. anyhelp much appreciated :)

I've run into that problem, but so far it's always been fixed by restarting the game for me. I don't know what it could be. :?

I get a disappearing mouse cursor when my CPU maxxes out, which often concides with BF2 getting to the squad selection screen. Only running less stuff in the background helps.

Ok, i tried that with no success. I've just reinstalled and am now waiting for the super huge patches to finish patching, hopefully that works.

try changing the holes your keyboard and mouse are in? (if you have them use usb to ps2 adaptors, or stop using them)

Nah, they're PS/2 connections anyway. Do you think it may be a Special horses error? I downloaded it the other day, installed and played for about 30 mins then got bored. I uninstalled it and it seems to have started since then.
