Too bad FutureBEEF stopped working for me about 18 months ago and I've not been able to log on since.

BF2 was good last night so I might be time to revisit this as well. At least 2142 does aircraft better, ie. more accessible and vulnerable. Being constantly air-raped by people who evidently just fly round and round the maps bombing capture and choke points gets old fast.

That was the big reason I had for preferring futurebeef. The only real defence against aircraft in BEEF is other aircraft, so the whole game belongs to the jet whores. All it would have taken to redress would have been a few manpad weapon options.

I got this for a while, pb bans despite it being up to date, then if I did get in it would have massive ping even on ea uk servers. I gave up. I was thinking of trying again though, fresh re-install and such, I enjoy future beef more than beef.
