*500g beef mince&lt;br /&gt;
*2 smallish onions, diced.&lt;br /&gt;
*100-150ml passata&lt;br /&gt;
*garlic (to taste)&lt;br /&gt;
*1 tin chopped tomatoes (drained, saving liquid)&lt;br /&gt;
*1Tsp ketchup&lt;br /&gt;
*1tsp Tuong Ot Sriracha*&lt;br /&gt;
*1T worcester sauce&lt;br /&gt;
*pinch of sugar&lt;br /&gt;
*small pinch of salt&lt;br /&gt;
*2 pinches of fresh ground black pepper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;nowiki&amp;gt;*&amp;lt;/nowiki&amp;gt;this adds a bit of spice and garlicky win, but is by no means essential&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
===Method===&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cook beef until grey, drain and discard liquid, put beef onto plate.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
sauté onions, until translucent, add beef, tomatoes, herbs and garlic, cook on low heat for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
add passata, ketchup, sriracha, half of the worcester sauce, salt and pepper, stir in and cook for 20 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
add remaining worcester sauce, tomato juice if needed, cook until hunger.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
add sugar to taste.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
eat. &lt;br /&gt;
