Line the base with baking paper, extending over two sides (helps you to lift it out when it&#039;s done)<br /> <br /> Melt the chocolate and the butter together in a bowl (best way to melt chocolate for cooking is to put it in a heat proof bowl over a pan of boiling water. Don&#039;t let the bowl touch the water)<br /> <br /> Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl. Add the melted chocolate/butter mix and whisk together. Stir in combined sifted flour and cocoa powder. Do not overbeat.<br /> <br /> Pour into the tin and bake for 40 mins at 180C. Leave to cool in the tin.
