= Format =
The Jock Bash differs slightly from the Brum Bash in that alcohol tends to be the priority rather than the social convergence that we know and love at Grimmies. This may be because the host of JockBash is a geriatric scottish alcoholic who hates drinking alone.
The Jock Bash holds the distinction of being the first 3 day event, this was either because he couldn't get the buggers to go home. or he had forgotten what day it was.

The Jock Bash consists of most people arriving whenever they feel like it (he has an open house policy) and then converging on one of the local hostelries in the town centre. Foods are normally found at some stage in the evening then its back to Château de Jock for more imbibing and inane chatter.

Day Two will consist of hangovers, breakfast (last time supplied by LadyJock Winestorm), and then the Pleasure Beach. Despite sounding like some hedonistic sandy haven it is in fact a tacky Fun Fair welded on to the arse end of Blackpool. Bad weather and wannabe oompa loompa's besides, it is usually found that much fun, frolicking, and acting like pre-pubescent teenagers, is the order of the day, coupled with the occasional cry of "CHICKENZ!!! FAGGOT!!!" which can be heard above the laconic cries of the Gulls that nest on the Pier.

Day Three, is normally recuperation day but as I really can't remember what was actually done I won't dwell on the point.

Attendees were as follows:

Once more we succeeded in getting well and truly trolleyed as well as being treated to such delights as Roman's Godfather Impression, Pete's Toxic Gas(c)The Somme 1916, LadyJocks entertaining Floor Show,a shooting arcade, or is that frenzy, in the back garden, and the Cock on the ceiling of the Pub.

The third Jock Bash was to be held over the Halloween weekend of 2009, unfortunately JockGit's sister passed away and had to be cancelled.

== Jock Bash III, The Resurrection!!!ZOMG!!111!! ==
The 3rd JockBash is to take place in Blackpool on the 29th of October 2010 to the 1st of November 2010. Usual shenanigans will happen, usually involving alcohol.

Trip to Pleasure Beach is assured as we have a couple of JockBash Virgins arriving.. Stoat and Will,Will etc.and Prof..

Update will occur during and after the event..

I turned up fashionably late to my own Bash as I was working in Swansea, but the merriment soon began and I think a good time was had by all.

Pleasure Beach was ignored and we went on a stroll round Blackpool's mercantile area along with several hostelries.

Zombie fancy dress pub crawl and Chinese foods were had on the Saturday... the rest is a blur. All I know is that I felt ill on Monday and I think I shit a Kidney at some point, hopefully some other attendee can fill in the blanks.

Winestorm promised in a drunken haze that Jockbash 2011 would involve '''EVERYONE''', and that she would personally drive around the country collecting 5punkers for the massive party.

At JockBash 3 Ladyjock Winestorm threw down the Gauntlet and threatened to organise the Bash in 2011, true to her word she was reminded by Jockgit that she was doing it, and the event has been scheduled for October 7th.

She came up with the suggestion of all going to a Hotel for the weekend, this was a minor stroke of genius and the event was duly "organised", something which is unheard of at a JockBash.

Unfortunately, Winestorm and Jockgit decided that they were no longer a couple so the Not the Jockbash became the Fuck Yeah it is a JockBash, normality was restored as JockGit had organised jack shit.

The third Jock Bash was to be held over the Halloween weekend of 2009, unfortunately JockGit's sister passed away and had to be cancelled.

== Jock Bash III, The Resurrection!!!ZOMG!!111!! ==
The 3rd JockBash is to take place in Blackpool on the 29th of October 2010 to the 1st of November 2010. Usual shenanigans will happen, usually involving alcohol.

Trip to Pleasure Beach is assured as we have a couple of JockBash Virgins arriving.. Stoat and Will,Will etc.and Prof..

Pete, unfortunately had a brain spaz and pulled out at the last minute.

I turned up fashionably late to my own Bash as I was working in Swansea, but the merriment soon began and I think a good time was had by all.

Pleasure Beach was ignored and we went on a stroll round Blackpool's mercantile area along with several hostelries.

Zommbie fancy dress pub crawl and chinese foods were had on the Saturday... the rest is a blur.

All I know is that I felt ill on Monday and I think I shit a Kidney at some point, hopefully some other attendee can fill in the blanks.

For those who are new to the concept:

Its a bring-your-own-pc jobby. Network will be provided.

An assortment of games will probably be played, CSS, BEEF, QUAKE, UT2004, C&C etc

There will be foods & booze, but best bring your favourites. Takeout will be ordered i expect at some point, and there are an assortment of local pubs/restaurants if we feel adventurous.
There are various available beds, and floor sleeping space is not an issue. Bring a sleeping bag & rollmat if you have one.
