I'm kind of bummed because there is almost no benefit to the MG36 over the PKM since 1.2 came out.

I think you have to get it to login, I only used it because that was how I had to grab Euro, and it's been a bit random (tried to download it twice) but I found the files and installed it manually. This time, though it worked okay with the new patch.
Guess the patch order sticky needs updating again...

Worked okay for me and as much as it pains me to say it; this EA tool is pretty handy. Maybe you could try login out and back in again.
I'm starting to wish for a Oblivion patch to fix all my crashes, it's really starting to put me off now.
Oh well, back to beef for now.

The EA Downloader works exactly as one would expect it would in my experience. Downloading Euro horse and 1.22 was just as easy as doing so in Steam, maybe even easier.

I have to agree, it was easy as pie for me
I had to slap it for wanting to start up as soon as I logged into Windows though.
