Hmm, looks like 70's-80's, cops in a van, but not english, merkin? Like you said berk, I've got the agonising feeling I know this. Something along the lines of assault on precinct 13, but with a random piccy to fuck us.

It's actually a fairly long weird scene, in an utterly fucking mental movie. should be recognisable to anyone (of the 17 people) that has seen it
