I've been spammed every 10 - 30 mins for two days now about my acount being deleted in 7 days. I'm not going to renew it just out of spite now.

bah...that's fucked up...i literally wasted hours "TRYING" to attack this guy which I confirmed is still there:

Meh, new version tommorow. If you've read the blurb (and if you havn't, I don't blaim you), It's massivly recoded, so as to not like for hours at a time.
I'll wait and see personially.

At the moment I am recieving at least 20 (yes, 20) emails a day saying my account will be deleted in two weeks. I hope the new version is very good, as I'm a tad pissed off with it now.

Your getting spammed with that email even after the round has finished? Hmm, its only meant to be sent once a week i thought, meaning a total of 4-5 before deletion.
My net is down because i moved places and i am waiting for a re-connection. Until then i won't really know what is happening (in regards to ep4) because i can't talk to David. Basically my understanding was David re-coded Atorian from scratch because it needed it for all the changes we were going to implement for episode 4. David then had to re-code the ep4 to take into account the server issues we had been having during the late stages of the round. We were ahead of schedule before the server issues, however i assume we must now be behind schedule having to re-code ep4 unexpectedly.
Atorian is a great game when its working but a pain when its not
Incase you are unaware Atorian will be falling back to a beta version with the release of ep4. This means there will be bugs/errors/incomplete parts in the game for about 3 months (1 round) as new parts are added in and tested. However if it is debugged before that period the proper round will begin before then.
