Wasn't there a company who made dev tools for mmo's but had never actually made a game that decided to do a firefly mmo like 5 years ago or something? I remember it got announced but heard nothing else after.

What confuses me the most is that Fox have greenlighted it, considering you know, they cancelled the series mid way through and never let it get picked up again, despite the film doing well.
