Think I've seen bits of it actually, perhaps not as useful as I thought, just common sense stuff.

De-borked 2 of the links and will watch those vids now.

Those videos are a pretty useful guide to leveling your craft skills efficiently, if nothing else. Like Thompy said it's mostly pretty obvious stuff you can work out for yourself, but if you don't want to spend the time then it's a good shortcut.
