Probably unlikely to make early august, as the second weekend is Beard Bash (pen and paper RPGs at Joose's pad).

The later in the year, the better, probably is best for everyone, as it gives organisers and attendees time to plan* and save. And especially as it's currently summer, so it'll likely clash with holidays and BardBash.

Should be fine with me!

Maybe someone with admin privileges can add a vote poll if we can get a date in October?

October eh? Okie dokie!
I know i'm busy and so is grimmie on the weekend of the 27th. How about picking one of the weekends in the middle? I'll put up a poll to see which is best

/edit DING POLL IS DONE
Pick the weekend or weekends you can attend. If you can do both, select both. That way we can determine which is the most popular.

Ok, I have to say thats not a great deal of interest. If its only 5 people then I can fit that number in the house. If anyone hasnt voted and is interested please do so because I will knock this on the head if we are booking a 30 person hall for 5...

I think 10 people are interested from the votecount.

However I do think that Max we'll get is probably about 15, going by previous numbers...

Actually, its probably 5, seeing as I set it so you could vote for either or both weekends.
Yeah herding cats is difficult, herding 5punkers is next to impossible. I have found this from trying to organize a few proflans!

Ah apologies, I didn't realise you could vote for both. In that case, yeah it's probably 5.. lul.

I'd be surprised though if we couldn't get at least 10.

I suspect it's just at a bit of a wrong time, not long after 2 other bashes.

I'd be happy to come and drink some booze and play a few games if there was a computer there for me, but I couldn't be arsed to bring my own as it's like the obelisk from 2001 plus would probably fall apart on the journey - it's a bit delicate and if the jam fell off it would never work again.

Could conflict with Yorkshirebash if that happens, though I'm guessing Jockbash isn't too likely this year  which is often around the same time - but the more bashes the better in my view, as long as they don't happen in the same month, even my liver needs a rest sometimes.
