I could have sworn I tried that already, but maybe now that the power is back on something will be different? Can't hurt to try.
It seems to be mostly garbled, with a few bits of intelligible but mundane activity, right up until the point where you reconnect the power. There's still a lot of garbage in there, but you see entries of systems coming back online. Then the connection to SLA-Net is established, and a second later the garbage clears and the logs show clear, expected results as it continues to run through its lengthy boot sequence and starts running diagnostics on the various machinery controls.
Just a thought: Is there any evidence that Creepy Ghost Girl is still present? Or have we just done a whoopsie and let some kind of virtual bogeyman loose on the net?
If she has gone, I suggest we turn everything off again, close all the doors, leave quietly and report the issue as resolved. And then never speak of this again.
Ive just remembered (via looking back in the thread) that we dont actually have a contact as such for this BPN. How do I call it in, through Haynes or do I contact the department themselves somehow?

I'd try the department, as I doubt Haynes knows or cares about this BPN much at all.
There's one of those robot voices which sends you round in circles but eventually lets you put in your BPN number. It drones at you that your BPN will be considered for closure on receipt of a report either submitted electronically via an equally obtuse system on the net, or via appointment with an agent which you have the option of applying for.
Deej has an oyster, right? I'll try the electronic submission option. I imagine if we go with booking an appointment we could be here for months. And in the game! hoooooo

Zing!
Yeah, lets not drag this on, we're done here. Deject submits the form, which is obtuse and duplicates several fields, but is eventually accepted. Assuming you head topside (without incident, and considerably less spooky) and go home, you're credited and receive your SCL increase exactly 24 hours later. That's 200c, .5SCL, and 3XP each.
