If I were to do another VG Music show, with the playlist being completely from scratch, what would you want to hear? I'd like to stick with stuff that I haven't used before, so no more Red Alert, Katamari Damacy, or Turrican stuff.

Nimbus has a lovely relaxing soundtrack available for free. It has a mod/tracker vibe.
Super Meat Boy also has a great soundtrack.
Portal 2, obviously.
Bit Trip Runner is a good enough excuse to play some Anamanaguchi.
