Since I have absolutely no clue. Will I need to provide my own accommodation in the form of a hotel or will some floorspace be provided? I have a tent. What are Birminghams laws concerning camping in the middle of the road?

Sorry yeah, I'll be putting up a post with all the details some time this week actually.
It's 'claim a bed or find a bit of floor' usually, you shouldn't need to buy accommodation unless you want to escape from Pete's meaty farts.
Only outgoings ought to be transport to bash, food and booze money, theme park money.
