Actually he told you he could do it "at cost" if you gave him a blood sample.

EDIT: Although, he did say you could send the money to his account, so you could just stiff him.

I've adapted a run I had ready for a larger team, just getting the last bits of it sorted and making sure that everyone who wants to join in has their characters sorted.
