Think of it as the Margaret Thatcher effect - let a bunch of men procrastinate and fuck up planning for ages, then put a woman in charge who'll get results and improve the situation, but whom we can later vilify on account of their unexpected success.

Holy crap, am I in an argumentative mood tonight or what?? :)

Wow what an honour  I'll take you up on the challenge.. I have to look at my calendar first tho. Oh and hear from Ty..

This may be a good time to mention I have in my possesion 16 free* games of paintball to be used by the 8th of July. They come in funk filled envelopes from the 'Ministry of Paintball'.

Apparently there are over 100 UK sites. Apparently they are on this website too: http://www.ministryofpaintball.com/uk/p ... egions.php

*Free equipment rental (mask/gun/pods-n-shite) and admission to site. When booking (which must be 2 weeks or more in advance) 100 paintballs must be porkchased for £10. The rest of the days balls must also be porkchased from on site, but I'm sure Ty can figure out a way to smuggle some in (possibly).
BONUS FREE LUNCH!!1= Free baked beans and insta-mash for everyone. Joy.
If a member is stolen by ninja, the 100 balls are as good as lost.

I'll be the first to admit that I don't have a clue about prices for this n' that, but if it gets the mighty seal of Ty approval that it's a good idea, then I'll be happy to donate them.

Also it seems extra tickets can be grabbed for £25 each.

I have a load for another selection of sites, but let it be said, Ministry of Paintball are SHIT! Avoid at all costs.

Don't worry guys, I'm looking into this still, and waiting for a gem to come along.

I keep meaning to post a proper reply in here, buyt get distracted, I promise I will do it this evening.

Sorry about my lack of reply yesterday, brain wasn't working, words wern't coming, ect, ect...

Just been chatting to Punkchuck, and some kind of plan is formulating.

Just need to make some calls next week, to see waht I can do. The site I'm looking at, is near Crawley. I can offer Crash space at my place, which is about half an hour drive.

Thinking perhaps between BrumBash and ProfLan, but I don't want to draw people away from those events, so we can always push it back to later in the year.

If people let me know what they think of this, then I can make some calls.

So

Holmbush Paintball

and End of June/Early July (June 26th-28th as a provisional weekend??)
