Let the space bummings commence!

Post by viper_2090 »

I just started my 14 day trial of EVE today, I'll let you all know how I find it. I'm very near the end of the tutorial at the moment and am currently OVERWHELMED with everything that I can do.

But so far, so good! :likesitall:

I'm quite liking the look of this, I played World of Warcraft for aaaaaaages and the tossers on there realllly got on my tits.

I may consider this from now on - going to have a massive reading session of that FAQ later

Good question!

My Ingame name is 'Vipors'. Things are going well so far. I was quite annoyed with all the flying about to begin with, but it's okay now. A lovely fellow game me 1million ISK too, which REALLY helped at the stage I am at, got me a frigate and some missiles :)

Lectures start on Monday, so if I can healthily balance EVE and learning, then I will probably pay my subscriptions

Arg, not another caldari :P

Something they may not have told you about in the tutorial is warp to zero. Set your destination so you know what way to go then right click in space > stargates > your next stargate > warp to 0. Saves you the 15km approach on autopilot.

Or it could be a Gallente Tristan, best of all the races.
