Re: Hexcells Infinite
4 minutes exactly, 3 mistakes. That was a bit of an information overload there.

Re: Deus Ex : Mankind Divided
I think the reactions you get are about right. People hate what you are, but they are also fucking terrified. The segregation is passive-aggressive, bubbling up in violent protests, but face-to-face with an actual aug, especially a military-grade one like you are, is enough for most people to back ...

Re: Deus Ex : Mankind Divided
Part 2, because I forgot to put this in part one: By god, they really fucked up the pacing and placement of sections in this game. I'll be vague to maintain spoilerlessness, but avert your gaze if you are particularly sensitive to such things. The game starts in Dubai, with you sneaking through a ho...

Re: Deus Ex : Mankind Divided
So, its out at last and I have mixed views. Overall positive but still mixed. On the plus side: Theres no fucking boss fights. Or at least, I havent met any and I am now many hours through. I dont just mean the boss fights are better, I mean they are entirely absent. Sneaking is much more fun than i...

Re: Norman's Guy
I would say high end indie game price would be more reasonable, as that is basically what it is. So £15-20 range.

Re: Norman's Guy
The internet seems to hate this more than a bastard hybrid of trump, pokemon go and spore, I can only assume the hypetrain rolled through and upset people? Yeah, basically. In brief, it went a bit like this: Team announces game, shows off some pictures and video of what they are aiming at. Fails to...

Re: Cities: Skylines
Ive been playing this again recently. It remains excellent, although my city got rather bummed by the "death wave" phenomenon. In case people are going to give it a go and dont know about this; apparently for some reason everyone who moves in to your city does so at the same age, and peopl...

Re: Movie mini reviews
I know that good chunks of this film were re-shot and the film recut after BvS to make it lighter and more jokey, and to keep more of a theme with the original trailer. I think they made a mistake by doing that. I've been thinking about this overnight, and come to a conclusion: if the original cut ...

Re: Movie mini reviews
Just seen Suicide Squad and completely agree with the above; its not amazing but its enjoyable enough, doesnt deserve the slating some people are giving it. I agree that they pulled their punches too much, telling us that these were terrible people but never really showing us anything to make us bel...

Re: Movie Trailers
It appears that DC may have finally kicked things up a notch - all this looks quite promising. Also looks like they're finally emerging from the non-stop doom and gloom phase. The WW and Suicide Squad trailers look pretty good, but I was extremely underwhelmed by the Justice League trailer. It had ...

Luke Cage looks ace, cant wait for that. Feels like they are underselling Iron Fist a bit.

Re: Steam Hardware
Im really pleased with the Steam link, for the most part it is very "just works". I plugged it in and it detected my main PC with no fuss, I plugged in my 360 wireless dongle and it just worked straight away and most games just work with no issues. The only issues I have had are: - One gam...

Re: Movie Trailers
I guess the issue is that people only remember the bad rehashes as being rehashes. When the new version is better people tend to forget that the original even existed.
